This is an email, which should have been sent a long time ago, but it's better late than never. I have owned a BX 22 for 6 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with it. Dave Jenkins, who to this day remembers my name and says hi whenever I come in has always been great. From the sales process to any questions or other support, Dave has been wonderful. It seems that when I go into parts, more often than not, I'm helped by Andy Smith. Andy is always, pleasant, professional and most helpful. He'll always look for options if a part has to be ordered or he'll see if there is a way to speed up delivery.
